Porsche produces the 1 millionth Porsche Cayenne53 Years and a Million Reasons Why This Was Such a Good Idea

Porsche recently crossed an important milestone – the 1 millionth Porsche Cayenne rolled off the production line and was delivered to a smiling customer in Germany. Not bad for a sports car company that took the gamble to start the design and production work for an SUV style vehicle in the late 1990’s  – that’s when most of us were pondering the Y2K problem!

It took Porsche 53 years to produce 1 million 911 coupes. The Cayenne has surpassed that number in a brief 18 years and looks easily set to overtake the all-time 911 production numbers. Along with its SUV partner, the Macan, the Cayenne has changed the Porsche dynamic and stolen the show. Read Full Article »

Strap In For A Wild Ride – Flying Van

If your not strapped down, you’re about to fall off your chair when you see this.

A teenager who drove a van over a roundabout, catapulting it into the air, has been banned from driving. Despite the dash video from the car behind, which is hilarious, he denied driving a motor vehicle dangerously.

This happened near Norwich in the UK. Three people were hurt in the crash but none had life-threatening injuries, Norfolk Police said, while trying to hold laughter back!

Can you spell Porsche? Here’s What We Found….

We share your pain. We set out to find, identify and list the top independent Porsche repair shops in every state. The research wasn’t pretty or simple to achieve. Various online searches produce some local results and a collection of geographic shop listing sites, such as, Extreme Wrench, Repairpal, Pcarshops, Mechanic Advisor, etc.
